Dell World of Warcraft Laptop
posted by The Dark Prince

I know what ZeaLouS1 wants for Christmas :) Too bad he’s been a naughty, naughty boy. (Ew, that sounded wrong.)
Ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you the Dell XPS M1730 World of Warcraft Edition Laptop, just in time for Wrath of the Lich King.
Currently available for a limited time offer of $2,399, this bad-boy will have you rockin’ through Azeroth with an Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 (2.5GHz/800Mhz FSB/6MB cache), 4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz, 160GB SATA Hard Drive (7200RPM), 512MB Dual NVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT with NVIDIA SLI, 17inch UltraSharp TrueLife Wide-screen WUXGA, and Windows Vista Home Premium.
And if the choice of having the Horde or Alliance symbols crafted on the LCD back with original Blizzard artwork, they’re also throwing in a World of Warcraft themed backpack, T-shirt and mouse pad, exclusive in-game items, an exclusive access beta card, WoW wallpapers and screensavers, and a “golden ticket” redeemable for a custom action figure of your character. The system also comes pre-loaded with World of Warcraft, Burning Crusade, and the Warcraft Battlechest, but you probably already have those.
Who wants to buy it? Click here, then.

Welcome to the Zombie Preparedness Initiative!
posted by Tony B.
The Zombie Preparedness Initiative is a knowledge base provided by a community of citizens concerned about the impending zombie invasion and the imminent disaster that is sure to follow. We are not claiming to be experts on anything, we are merely doing what we can to gather knowledge and share the acquired information with the public. By doing this, we hope to help people prepare for the very real threat that we shall face when zombies show up and governments have not taken the time to prepare. We are working to do what we can to help people find others in their area that are interested in fighting against the zombies so that when the time comes there can be safe locations all around the world. We have recently moved to a new content management system, so if there are any problems with anything, please report it to the Site Admin.
At the Zombie Preparedness Initiative, we have a number of online items that can help you to communicate about surviving the zombie apocalypse. We have a full featured forum that you can visit where people can discuss ideas they have or ask questions of others about things they were wondering about. We have a number of articles and various special features, arranged by category, which you can view by clicking the categories up above to view the articles or features in each category. Some of the features include a group listing, where people can create groups and choose a “fallout” location to go to in case of a zombie invasion and some fiction that our members have written which can be viewed by going to the Community tab.

The Takeover - S03E05 - I Think We Need Counseling - (ep60)
posted by The Dark Prince
This week we showed that we are indeed in a stride, seemingly able to pull entertainment completely out of nothing, as we reminisced about past crazy moments back when ZeaLouS1 and DP used to be roommates and found out why they couldn’t live together anymore, had nearly all of our computers crash on us, spoke a lot on video games, including the new Nintendo DSi and social gaming, looked back on Saturday’s massive Kimbo Slice upset, had Mrs. Takeover school us on being gentlemen, and closed everything out with a freestyle.
Songs and links to the news and topics after the jump!

I Am Blind
posted by The Dark Prince

If you’ve been watching the ads on the site as of late, you’ve noticed that we get some really strange and cool ones from time to time. One ad I caught last week was white with a little haze of soft blue and the simple words, “I am blind.” That’s it. I had to click it, and when I did, I was directed to this site. It has a few videos, pictures and forums . . . of blind people.
It turns out, the site is a clever viral marketing campaign for the new movie Blindness, a sci-fi type of drama where the entire world’s population suddenly and mysteriously goes blind. The site let’s you join and interact with the blind population, post pictures of yourself in your “blind person glasses”, and watch videos of the last things people saw before they went blind. It’s all very cool, and the movie looks so incredibly intriguing, I can’t wait to see it. Check out the trailer:
